Price
Many magicians will charge you based on where your event is. So for example, if you're getting married in a castle, then they're going to charge you more because they think you have more to spend. I charge the same price to everyone, and it's based on what I think I'm worth, with the only exception being that I give a 15% discount to any event within a one hour's drive from Doncaster. For prices, please send me an email or fill out the enquiry form. Booking
If the date is free, and you wish to go ahead with the booking, then I will send you a contract with all the details of your event on, and I will need a £100 deposit to secure the day for you. I book the entire day out to you so that I am never rushed to get to an event. I also know that wedding plans change and so if you wish to alter your times or wish to have me for longer, then that can easily be done nearer the time.
Payment
I prefer to settle the balance before the event. This means that on the day, it's one less thing to worry about. I will send you an email or post you an invoice 2 weeks before the event. Alternatively, you can pay me with cash on the day, before the magic begins.
Courtesy Email
A couple of days before the event, I will send you a courtesy email, just checking that things are all ok with your plans. This might not seem important now, but trust me, when you have booked services from many different suppliers and it's getting close to the main event, you will want total peace of mind that everything's going to be ok.
On The Big Day Itself
On the day itself, I will send the groom (or my contact) a text message first thing in the morning to wish them luck and to say that I'm on my way. Again, for total peace of mind. I like to arrive about an hour before my starting time, when I will liase with the venue to ensure you recieve the most magical day possible.
